Diagnosis
Scutellum with engraved and very weak reticulation, median groove reaches ¾ the length of scutellum; mesoscutum and scutellum metallic bluish-green; propodeal callus with three setae; hind tibial spur long, LS/LT = 0.31; petiole 1.4X as long as wide; gaster short, MM/LG = 1.1, with 1st tergite large, 0.7X as long as length of gaster. Similar to anisus but with femora yellowish-brown and female gaster short.
